MIT Researchers Aim To Help People With Autism

Autism affects many lives.  According to the Center for Disease Control, 1 in 68 children in the United States are on the Autism Spectrum.  In Healthworkscollective.com, Dr. Tali Shenfield writes about new research that examines the autonomic nervous system of those on the spectrum.  Researchers have developed a wrist sensor that monitors reactions/arousal from those wearing it.  This enables researchers to better understand how individuals on the spectrum react to certain situations.
